msm: cpr: Trim Quot top-up to improve power savings The Quot top-up is reduced from 100 to 30 for 1.2GHz parts based on the chip characterization test data. Similarly, Quot top-up is reduced from 120 to 50 for 1.0GHz parts. This reduction in the Quot value shall allow CPR to recommend lower but safe voltages and improve power savings.
