ASoC: msm8226: Enable Lineout1/2 for speaker on SKUF

Speakers on SKUF need Lineout1/2 and external PAs supply.
External PAs are controlled by PMIC GPIO 2. Enable supply
only when playback is active on speaker. Supply is
enabled/disabled by toggling the GPIO that controls the supply.
