LOCKD: Teach lockd to use the new rpc_peeraddr() API

Hide the details of how the RPC client stores remote peer addresses from
the Network Lock Manager.

Test plan:
Destructive testing (unplugging the network temporarily).  Connectathon
with UDP and TCP.
