sh: Fix a TRACE_IRQS_OFF typo. The resume_userspace path had TRACE_IRQS_OFF written incorrectly and so never handled the transition properly. This was fixed once before but seems to have made it back in the tree. Fix it for good. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
