msm: gdsc: Increase EN_FEW_WAIT to decrease in-rush current
With the current default configuration of EN_FEW_WAIT set to
4 cycles, it was observed that the in-rush current is high
while turning on MDSS GDSC. This causes a droop in CX voltage
rail which can potentially end up in DDR corruption.
Increasing EN_FEW_WAIT cycles to a nominal value helps
overcoming the issue above.
