msm: sps: improve debugging support in SPS driver
1> Add the option to output partial desc FIFO.
2> Add the option to output data block header.
3> Add the option to output all registers of selected pipes.
4> Add more testbus selector options.
5> Remove the duplicate code for testbus selector values.
6> Add the options for bundle output of testbus register, BAM global
registers, pipe registers and desc FIFOs.
