USB: dwc3-msm: Notify suspend/resume events to composite layer
Drawing 500mA current during suspend could cause USB complaince
tests fail. Hence notify charger driver to draw suspend current
of 2mA when Host suspends the device. Also notify charger driver
to draw configured current during resume.
Change debugfs variable type from bool to u32 to prevent memory
corruption.
