ARM: dts: msm: Raise vinmin-mv to 4300mV for pm8226 and pm8110 Raise the vin_min voltage to avoid the VBUS voltage to dip below the UVD threshold and accidentally causing a charger disconnection event which can lead to a UVLO reset during dead battery charging.
