OV12870 IQ Tuning final delivery 2017-06-23_Phase3.2 Flash issue: * We can’t control power of torch (pre-flash) – this results in wrong statistics for AEC * As a workaround - power of flash was reduced significantly so it does not overexpose anymore * After issue with torch (pre-flash) is fixed, flash should be retuned FPIIM-955 Change-Id: I3f7774d24911302c686c837122c135ab38bc628d
