drivers/net/wireless: Restore upper case words in wiphy_<level> messages

Commit c96c31e499b70964cfc88744046c998bb710e4b8
"(drivers/net/wireless: Use wiphy_<level>)"
inadvertently changed some upper case words to
lower case.  Restore the original case.
