msm: iomap: Add static mapping for actual IMEM on 8974 IMEM is retained in case of secure watchdog bite. During early bootup, memory dumping instruction needs to be written to IMEM. Debug Image will look up dumping instructions here. Signed-off-by: Hanumant Singh <hanumant@codeaurora.org>
