tracing: clean up tracepoints kconfig structure do not expose users to CONFIG_TRACEPOINTS - tracers can select it just fine. update ftrace to select CONFIG_TRACEPOINTS. Signed-off-by: Ingo Molnar <mingo@elte.hu>
