msm: pil-q6v5: Proxy-vote for additional regulators
Software running on Q6 processors is not able to vote for regulator
resources until late in the Q6 boot sequence. Because early Q6 boot
requires some power rails to be on, we must proxy-vote for them in
PIL.
On 8974, pm8841_s2 (vdd_cx) is needed for LPASS and MSS to boot. The
modem PLL (selected as the modem clock source by the modem PBL) is
supplied by pm8941_l12, so we vote for that too.
On 8610, only pm8110_s1 (vdd_cx) is needed for LPASS to boot.
