camera: vfe32: Enable VFE configuration for inline JPEG encoding. During inline JPEG encoding, one VFE output is routed into internal memory (IMEM) instead of external memory. The JPEG encoding hardware (GEMINI) will read from IMEM and generates JPEG bitstream.
