msm: devices-msm7x27a: changes for GPS gpio GPS gpio will be accessed from user space application to turn on/off the external GPS chip. The GPIO needs to be configured as an output pin using tlmm config. Changed the direction of the pin as an input and exported for the user space to configure as output and control the pin.
