FP2-860: Revert "FP2-796: enable ULPS mode" This reverts commit f1f01753eaf7114aba571b6dc1f998aae839af0d. Enable UPLS will cause the phone crash. 1.If only update the boot.img, the phone could boot up normally, but it couldn't wake up after get into sleep 2.IF full flash all the images, the phone couldn't boot up normally.
