arm/dt: msm: Refactor MSM8974 DTS files

Refactor each MSM8974 platform DTS file into a platform-
specific DTSI file and a corresponding DTS stub, to more
easily allow for creating DTS files for platforms using
varying SoC-specific DTSI includes.
