crypto: Set the BAM execution enviornment parameter. Currently the BAM's execution enviornment parameter is not set. Without setting this parameter, there would be no interrupts handled on HLOS. Signed-off-by: Ramesh Masavarapu <rameshm@codeaurora.org>
