Revert "arm/dt: msm8974: Modify L2 state in low power modes" This reverts commit d343034240cb9eb6496c96d198199101c9569e98. Reverting this patch to fix stability issues seen due to leaving Krait FTS on all the time. This patch will allow L2 PC in idle which will flush L2 and also power collapse the FTS.
