xtensa: Fix FLUSH_DCACHE macro for some variants. Define ARCH_IMPLEMENTS_FLUSH_DCACHE_PAGE also for processor configurations that don't have cache-aliasing. Signed-off-by: Chris Zankel <chris@zankel.net>
