arm/dt: msm8974: wcnss: Add SMP2P GPIOs for WCNSS

The new SMSM Point-to-Point (SMP2P) framework allows point to point
communication of state information between subsystems. This change
adds error fatal and force stop GPIOs used for WCNSS SMP2P state
information exchange.
