crypto: msm: Fix configuration when using CD Add support to determine when to use command descriptor (CD) based on register settings and set flag to indicate BAM global device control is managed remotely. This configuration is used when the device does not support accessing CE HW registers using BAM command descriptors (HW registers are not managed locally by BAM).
