[ARM] 4734/1: at91sam9263ek: include IRQ for Ethernet PHY On the at92sam9263ek board, tell the MACB driver the IRQ used by its PHY. This patch is taken from Andrew Victor's 2.6.23-at91 patchset; it matches board schematics. (But it's currently a NOP since the MACB driver doesn't yet use PHY irqs.)
