[ARM] realview: disable second GIC on RevB MPCore platforms The second GIC asserts a permanent interrupt on Rev.B MPCore platforms. Disable initialisation of this GIC to avoid unbootable systems. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
