Revert "usb: dwc3: gadget: Disable super speed capability temporarily" This reverts commit 6cd35e98524b3acfe7e0adc5e304bd5fb308fcf0. Enable Super Speed capability in DWC3 gadget as all the functions drivers now have SS descriptors defined. Without this change, USB enumeration would fail with SS host as gadget fails to respond with Configuration descriptor in Super Speed.
