msm: acpuclock-8627: Move 8627 support to use acpuclock-krait As was recently done for 8930, migrate 8627 support from acpuclock-8960 to the newer, optimized acpuclock-krait driver, which is shared among multiple SoCs while keeping 8627 data in its own file.
