Revert "ARM:dts:msm: Remove CPU notifications to RPM for MSM8610" This patch reverts the change where only L2 handshakes with RPM and applies back the APPS core notification to RPM in RPM-Assisted PC. This is done to prevent stability issues from occurring on 8x10 v1 (Dual Core) devices in the absence of the corresponding RPM dependency.
