arm: remove duplicate DONT_RESERVE_FROM_MOVABLE_ZONE entry The config option DONT_RESERVE_FROM_MOVABLE_ZONE was in the ARM Kconfig twice. Even worse, one of the two entries contained "def_bool y" and the other "def_bool n". Signed-off-by: Larry Bassel <lbassel@codeaurora.org>
