msm: pil-q6v5: Add pil-q6v5 function library for QDSP6v5 pil-q6v5 is a library of functions that contain the common QDSP6v5 portions of msm-copper's LPASS and MSS PIL drivers. The functions in this library are intended to be called from the LPASS and MSS PIL drivers in an effort to maximize code reuse.
