ASoC: msm: qdsp6v2: Remove unused PCM OSR clock code OSR Enable (OE) clock for AUXPCM is taken care in LPASS driver. So client drivers need not call afe_set_lpass_clock for OE clock when setting PCM ports. Remove the code that set and reset the OE clock for PCM port operations.
