[SCSI] qla2xxx, lfpc: Rename 'state' attribute to 'link_state' lpfc and qla2xxx overwrite the standard 'state' attribute with custom callbacks. So rename the custom attributes to 'link_state' and retain the original meaning of the 'state' attribute.
