msm: kgsl: Make cff capture a device specific property Make CFF capture a device specific property. This allows the control of CFF for a particular device without CFF interferance from another device. This will be useful when we have a virtual device and need to only capture CFF for the virtual device. CFF capture can only be turned on for one device at a time.
