power: qpnp-charger: add system thermal levels Some userspace daemons may want to limit the charge current based on system level temperature. Add support for this by exposing the POWER_SUPPLY_SYSTEM_TEMP_LEVEL property and mapping it to the qcom,chg-thermal-mitigation array in the device tree.
