msm: 8226: Move memory map information to kernel Update the board file to scan the device tree to get information regarding the memory hole, which is removed using memblock remove. Enable config option DONT_MAP_HOLE_AFTER_MEMBANK0, to avoid mapping of the memory hole to virtual memory thus resulting in more lowmem.
