msm: fix MSM_SHOW_RESUME_IRQ selection Drivers should not be selecting features from any particular architecture. For MSM_SHOW_RESUME_IRQ, allow it to be configured per feature that uses it, not per architecture. Signed-off-by: Bryan Huntsman <bryanh@codeaurora.org>
