msm: msm_bus: Avoid zeroing very low bus requests When requests are sent for less than the width of the node, bandwidth to frequency conversion results in a zero value. Fix that by rounding up. CRs-Fixed: 295930 Signed-off-by: Gagan Mac <gmac@codeaurora.org>
