msm: clock-9625: Fix HSIC USB device name for HSIC clocks Fix a broken HSIC USB HOST feature since the commit: I3e8828ddc232936df3e21c8e1158af92b16996a2 Since this commit the ehci_msm_hsic host driver is using different device name to retrieve the clocks, therefore fix also the device name in the clocks file.
