arm/dt: msm8974: Modify L2 state in low power modes
Change the sleep state of L2 to retention during non-RPM notified power
modes (WFI, Retention, Standalone Power collapse).
Modify RPM assisted power modes to power collapse L2 only when voting for
Vdd minimizations. This ensures that L2 cache is not flushed during most
RPM assisted power collapses.
Also remove a power mode that does L2 power collapse while voting for
system clock off and Vdd at normal levels, again because L2 power collapse
will be done only as part of Vdd minimization.
