mdss: display: Delay DSI PHY disable for DSI Broadcast mode When DSI broadcast mode is enabled, DSI PHY need to be disabled only after all the DSI clocks are turned Off. This change fixes this race condition and avoids clock warnings during suspend for split display panels.
