mtd: msm_nand: Fix H/W controller ID check for BCH ECC NAND controller in MDM9x15 supports BCH ECC for capable NAND devices but the driver enables this only when HW_INFO register is read as 0x307. For 9x15 this register is read as 0x4030. Add 0x4030 in the list of BCH ECC supported MSM NAND controllers.
