arm/dt: msm8974: modify ipc-spinlock entry
Apps is only supposed to be aware and use the first 8 sfpb interprocessor
communication spinlocks. During subsystem restart scenarios, apps will
attempt to access locks beyond the first 8 and run into memory protection
restrictions which eventually cause SSR functionality to break.
Modify the ipc-spinlock entry to restrict the number of sfpb locks apps
is able to view and access.
