Revert "arm/dt: msm8974: Enable HSIC Host ports on MSM8974 CDP" This reverts commit 146bc2f2595d7f5a34bb7030ae46865cb0ba3b76. Do not enable HSIC by default as it currently will not autosuspend if no peripheral device is connected. The MSM8974 CDP does not always have anything connected over HSIC.
