msm: spm: Update PMIC DLY values in SPM
In a rare possibility, PMIC8921 could get a command but may delay in
setting the voltage during power collapse restore and in such a case,
the Krait SPM would wait for 303 us and may power on the Krait assuming
that the PMIC voltage has been set. If the voltage is not stabilized by
then, Krait could possibly end up in a unresponsive state. Increase the
delay in SPM sequence in waiting for the voltage to stabilize. This
patch sets the delay to 607 us.
