msm8x26: i2c: Enable I2C and configure controller on BLSP-1 QUP-4 8x26 bringup requires verification of I2C bus. This patch adds I2C device and sets its clocks and GPIOs such that it may access the EEPROM device. The EEPROM device is commonly used to verify I2C.
