msm: board-qrd7x27a: Add NT35510 DSI support to EVB1.0

NT35510 DSI CLient and Truly WVGA Panel on used on EVB1.0
platform to display. Add changes to support the initialization
and configuration of these drivers on EVB1.0 platform.
