Revert "arm/dt: msm8974: Add msm bus scaling support for SDCC"
Reverting 4bfb50f7f085c4b3bf7d8853f965ab8797579951 as the call to
msm_bus_scale_client_update_request() function takes a very long time
preventing the device from suspending. There also seems to be potentially
another issue of a deadlock with msm_bus_lock mutex. After these issues
get resolved, this change will be reverted.
