board: 8930: Reduce ION carveout heaps

With IOMMU enabled less memory needs to
be carved out for multimedia
When CONFIG_MSM_IOMMU is enabled reduce ION MM
heap from 120MB to 58MB and remove the SF heap which was 40MB.
