msm: pil-venus: Add support for msm8974v2
Venus in msm8974v2 has the below changes regarding to reset
and shutdown sequence:
- Different register offsets for CPA and FW start/end address.
- The VBIF clock needs to be on in order to prevent AXI halt ACK failure.
To support these changes, add the version detection and the corresponding
changes based on the venus version in the reset and shutdown sequence.
