Revert "[PATCH] drivers/message/fusion/mptbase.c: make code static" This reverts commit 252ac865535e1ea9cc2d28be83f477d8d8b961a2. It impacts the LSI customers using the mptstm target mode drivers (source tar-ball at ftp://ftp.lsil.com/HostAdapterDrivers/linux/Fusion-MPT/mptstm-1.00.13-src.tar.gz for those who care).
