Enable CPU supported crypto functionality CTS test android.security.cts.EncryptionTest:testConfig() fails without those enabled. It checks for crypt capabilities of CPU and requires the corresponding kernel parts to be enabled. FPIIM-55 Change-Id: I93ed386d1957c4da639f63b6ba9cc7c530c10e43
